Knee Pain can be caused by inflammation of the knee and knee cap commonly known as ‘Runner's Knee’.

CAUSES:

  • EXCESSIVE OR PROLONGED BENDING
  • SQUATTING OR KNEELING FOR LONG PERIODS
  • CLIMBING HILLS AND STAIRS

SYMPTOMS:

  • PAIN AND INFLAMMATION AROUND THE FRONT OF THE KNEE AND KNEE CAP

TREATMENTS:

  • APPLY THE RICE PRINCIPLE (REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, ELEVATION)
  • USE SORBOTHANE SINGLE STRIKE OR DOUBLE STRIKE INSOLES FOR ADDED PROTECTION DURING REHABILITATION
